Friends of Shelby members support the park through monthly or annual recurring contributions.
When you sign up to be a Friends of Shelby member you are signing up to protect and improve our amazing 1,300-acre treasure. Members help support ongoing volunteer efforts, park beautification, advocacy, and fun park events.

Q. I just signed up for membership, how do I get my swag?
A. Please visit the Shelby Bottoms Nature Center to pick up the swag for your member level.
Q. I am a member, how do I claim my discounts at events?
A. When you sign up to be a member, we will send you a digital member card. You can show this card on your device as needed to claim your discounts.
Q. I donated to Friends of Shelby this year, am I a member?
A. No. Membership is contingent upon an automatically recurring donation.
Q. I donated to Friends of Shelby during the Big Payback, am I a member?
A. No. Membership is contingent upon an automatically recurring donation.
Q. I have a Friends of Shelby specialty license plate, am I a member?
A. No. While we are so thankful for your continued support from your plate registration, we do not know who has or has not gotten or renewed a plate and are unable to acknowledge this contribution with membership perks.
